Prior to entering nursing, I developed a diverse professional foundation in business, operations, finance, manufacturing, organizational management and self-employment as the owner of an LLC in the Twin Cities.

These experiences shaped my ability to evaluate complex systems, identify workflow inefficiencies, and approach healthcare environments with both clinical judgment and operational insight.

I am a clinically grounded registered nurse with a systems-minded approach to care. My work sits at the intersection of patient advocacy, triage, care coordination, and operational workflow improvement – helping strengthen access, clarity, and continuity across care teams.
